Return Policy
Blossom is dedicated to making the return process beautifully simple for you. If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, we gladly accept authorized returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition (as per our terms and conditions below).
You have 14 days from the receipt date to request a return of your ordered item. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date. Please note that our policy only applies to unused and unworn items with all new and original packaging, as well as having original tags attached. We do not accept returns nor issue coupon code or refund on used, worn or no-tag items. Please also note that the original shipping fee you paid for on your order is non-refundable.

*Special case for éclair - LED Therapy Mask: Allowed to return within 12m after shipment date. Free repair cost. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
How to Make a Return
You have 14 days from the receipt date to request a return of your ordered items. Return request past 14 days will be rejected. Blossom also reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable return requests and returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
- Please process your return request via by submitting a ticket. Please fill in your order number and the return reason to submit the return request. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your return to be authorized. If you do not received an authorization email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder.
- Our Vana Returns Team will authorize your return, along with providing return instructions via email to you. Please package the items to be returned with their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges for change of mind return reason. We recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to help us locate the package. If you have a tracking number for the package, please let us know by responding to our Vana Returns Team. In the case of defective or wrong items, Blossom will bear the return shipping charges. For us to reimburse you, you must return the goods via Regular or Registered Air mail. We will not reimburse the cost for Courier or Express Mail Services. When you advise us of your return, you must also send us a photo of the invoice for your shipping cost for us to verify the cost.
- Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 business days after our Vana Returns Team authorizes the return. If you do not ship your return package within this time frame and provide us the tracking number, we will regard your return request as cancelled.
- Upon receipt of your return, we’ll issue the refund in coupon code or send a replacement to you depending on your request. If the replacement item is out of stock, item value will be refunded to you in the form of coupon code. Once your coupon code has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return of Defective or Wrong Items
Blossom will be responsible for return shipping costs if the claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the damaged or wrong items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in coupon code within 20 business days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods.
Return items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns should be packed and shipped within 7 business days upon receipt of return authorization date.
In cases of defective or wrong items return, Blossom will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If replacement items are out of stock, item value will be refunded in the form of coupon code.
Disclaimer
For return request regarding color defects, please note that the colors can vary depending on the lighting during the photoshooting or on the settings of your screen. Only obvious color differences will be accepted as authorized return request and will be left to our Vana Returns Team to determine. For return request regarding sizing defective, only differences of over 5cm between the received clothes and the size chart will be accepted as authorized return request.
Return of Size or Color Change
Only fashion items, excluding Swimwear, Innerwear, Legwear, Shapewear and Underwear are eligible for exchanging for size or colour options. Items returned for size exchange must be in original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. The Vana Returns Team reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in the cases of size exchanges. Blossom will be responsible for shipping fee of the replacement. Blossom will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
Returns should be packed and shipped within 7 business days upon receipt of return authorization date.
After we receive your returned package, we will require up to 20 business days to process and handling the return, and to dispatch your newly required size or colour of your item. If we cannot meet your request, i.e. specific size or color is out of stock, item value will be refunded in the form of coupon code.
Return of Change of Mind Items
Refunds for change of mind items will not be accepted.

All returns must be sent back to our designated return centre; unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

3. Blossom will usually reship replacement using Standard Shipping. Blossom reserves the right to determine re-shipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
4. We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.
5. Blossom is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
6. To prevent any delays in handling returns, your name, order number and return authorization number must be indicated on or inside the return parcel.
7. Coupon discounts and shipping fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
8. Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from Blossom are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
9. Blossom reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected from excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.
10. Blossom reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests.
11. Blossom reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Blossom's decision will be final.
